Purchasing a new car from Subaru Canberra was a fantastic experience. We were assisted by Carl who patiently answered questions and proudly demonstrated the features of the Forester. Arranging a test drive was easy and being able to take the vehicle to our chosen location rather than the standard loop made it a ‘real’ test drive.Having heard news reports of long delays in getting any type of new vehicle, the delivery time was very quick.Thank you Carl and Canberra Subaru for great service.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my first brand-new car. I must say, my experience was exceptional. From start to finish, the sales staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a smooth and enjoyable car-buying journey.Buying my new car was made easier by Hamza, Carl, and Richard, who helped me out in the sales department.

I took my car in for a check up in late March as there was a vibration and noise coming from the vehicle intermittently when breaking. I was phoned to say all four rotors needed replacing. I asked if this would be covered under warranty as the car was 18 months old and had less than 35,000kms. I also asked why the issue was not found during the December service where the brake pads were 6mm and 8mm. I was told repeatedly it was from my driving and rotors aren't covered under warranty. I have been pursing this matter with Subaru Australia who advised me on 23rd June that issues like this have to be taken up directly with the service centre.I paid for my car to be independently assessed by a qualified mechanic today and they found no issue with the rotors. Brake pads are 5mm and 8mm, so very little wear in 6 months, given Subaru blamed my driving for the rotor wear. My family have driven Subaru's for over 30 years and this experience has tainted the beloved brand for me. Subaru Canberra - who put shareholder dividend returns above good customer service - will not receive my business again.

It’s nearly been 2 weeks since I bought the car. I absolutely love it! This 10th anniversary Subaru BRZ limited edition is gorgeous. I would like to thank Richard Nguyen for setting everything up and Hamzah Asfour for assisting the finance on my car. Super professional as this is the first car I bought from a dealership.
