Tim Browne - Outstanding Customer ServiceI would like to thank Tim Browne Building and Pest Inspector for his help over the past few weeks.When we sold our home of 20 years, the buyer arranged for Tim to do the building and Pest Inspection.Tim arrived at our home and explained clearly what he was going to do and how long it was going to take. I was surprised watching him in action. He was so meticulous and attention to detail was incredible. He checked everything and took so many photos and said that would we be getting feedback via our Agent as to the outcome of the report. I was so impressed with him I asked him for a business card so I could get him to do the building and pest inspection on the home that we would be choosing in the near future.When we purchased on Saturday, we booked Tim, and he carried out our inspection first thing Monday. Tim’s level of communication is outstanding. He delivers outstanding customer service and has experience and knowledge in his field and demonstrates expertise. He is incredibly detailed in his report writing, he is a great communication such as what time he is arriving, how long he will take, then what time you will get the report and encourages you to contact him if you don’t understand any component of the report. He is unbelievable at what he does, a true professional is his level of expertise.We cannot recommend Tim highly enough. Tim is reliable, sincere, honest, has integrity, courteous, and very professional in his conduct. If you are need a building and pest control report on a property and you want it done professionally you only need to contact Tim, he will do the job well and will ensure that you are satisfied with the result. Terrific service from Tim who responded promptly to my request for an inspection, performed a thorough and professional inspection, identified (thankfully minor) issues and had clear recommendations for resolution. His clear and detailed report was sent the same day. I don't give 5 star ratings easily but Tim truly deserves this.

I called Tim as I suddenly realised there was only a few months left to get a compliance certificate for my pool. He responded within a day to my call and did a full compliance check very sgortly after. He was very though and only discovered a few things that were required. Mainly a new lock set for my sliding door and a correction to a scalable pipe fitting.He recommended some very professionals trades people to fix this up and they also did a very good job withing my time frames and budget. He managed the whole process end to end and the final job was smooth and professional. I am now the proud owner of a compliance certificate delivered within time and budget. I was trying to manage two houses, my own and my elderly Fathers in Glen Waverley. Both had been neglected and also had pest issues I had been trying to solve with the help of various trades but I truly was all over the place and quite distraught.Thank goodness I was referred to Tim by one Tradesman who had suggested getting a professional building inspection. Tim was incredible to deal with. So very easy to communicate with, honest and genuine in his approach. He spent time at both properties and spoke to me in detail on-site re his recommendations as well as receiving a thorough report on what needed to be tackled first and by which trade. I was so stressed, but Tim was calm and kind, guiding me on the next steps to take plus even suggesting a follow up to assess possible water entry after heavy rains just to check on things.I had to call him a few times to ask some questions and his continued patience and service was amazing. Such a lovely person. I’m so grateful for all his assistance. Best advice ever was to get Tim to guide me how to care for both homes. Saved a lot of time and money also in preventative care.
