Staff at reception and in the restaurant were super friendly and helpful. We stayed in a Queen deluxe room with a balcony which we found spacious and clean. Parking is a bit tight. Easy walk to CBD. Highly recommend.

Quality Hotel Colonial Launceston
We had a great stay in this heritage hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dale carried our bags up 2 flights of stairs and Ben did this on our return. We would certainly come back next time in Launceston

Quality Hotel Colonial Launceston
We stayed in Room 126. Unfortunately, the room was not clean. Cobwebs in the cupboards, dirty sock under the edge of the bed, used Band-Aid on the floor. Staircase wasn’t vacuumed in the 3 days we stayed. Venetian in the bedroom filthy. Stained chair seat and rungs thick with dust. Overall very disappointing. With a clean the facilities would be good.

Great little hotel. Rooms are lovely. There's no lift and someone in a wheelchair would struggle with the slope. Restaurant was closed on visit. There are no lifts. So you're carrying your luggage upstairs. Buildings are quaint.

Rooms were good but carpet were dusty. Room service not good. Didn’t do cleaning properly for the room. We booked in three rooms from which one of the toilet was not done in room service. No complimentary tooth paste provided. One of the room was not connecting to the wifi. Refilling of the sugar sachets, soap etc were not done. Not happy with the service.
