My 33 years old Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust was in need of repair and service. I found Jeff via these reviews. Jeff was a pleasure to do business with. He identified what had to be done to restore my watch, gave me a quote and a time that it would be ready. He also made other recommendations to improve the life of my Rolex. I would recommend Jeff to anyone who has a timepiece that has personal or family history and needs some TLC.

Can't speak highly enough of Jeff. I was stuck with a Swiss watch which had belonged to my former deceased wife and which I wanted to pass on to my daughter for her 18th birthday. Two days before the big day, the watch decided not to work. I explained my problem to Jeff. Problem Fixed!!

Jeff is a lovely guy and extremely helpful. He works out of Pacific Fair three days a week and squeezed my watch repair in amongst his workload. If you’re patient he’ll do an amazing job on your high end watch and is one of the few watchmakers on the Gold Coast that I would trust with my watch repair. Can’t recommend highly enough.
