As a soon to be bride, I had the most amazing experience working with Nickie. She is definitely an expert when it comes to jewellery and took what I envisioned and created the best looks that suit me. Not only do I love the jewellery I bought but I love the entire experience of visiting Infinity Collections.She definitely makes this happy time more magical and the jewellery speaks for itself! Such great quality and an incredible collection to choose from!

Extremely disappointed with the product. I paid $75 but product looked like it would cost less than $20. When I rang and politely asked for refund the owner was extremely rude and said that the same piece for $150 is a better one. However there website does not mention that you get a poor quality product for $75 - it is still hard earned money and I do not appreciate there ethics they are cheating customers. Would not recommend buying from there website. She did not offer a store credit either. when asked where can leave my feedback with your service the owner replied you don't need to do that" she did not offer me a platform to express my dissatisfaction either and save other people from making fool of themselves. That's a sign of very unprofessional business management."
