Employee arrived without calling ahead of time that they were coming for pick up and then yelled at us repeatedly and aggressively for it. Said he'd pick it up tomorrow and then raced off down our driveway. Came back an hour later to pick it up without even apologizing for his poor behavior.Emailed the company with complaint and they said it was great customer service" that he came back for the package. Seriously? What about not mistreating your paying customers in the first place. That's what great customer service actually is."

My local guy is definitely the BEST courier firm that delivers to me but a country mile!! These guys are expensive for parcels which is definitely a big negative but I dear say that has nothing to do with the local courier guys..So..BIG thumbs up to my man who comes to Tomoana Rd!!

Purposely requested signature required as we have had parcels taken. Received a delivered notification signed for by 'our street name" with a false signature.Ridiculous.Second time this has happened."

Confidential documentation was delivered requiring a signature and was just left at the back door not signed by the person it was addresses to. My question is who signed for it to be just left? This is not acceptable.

Terrible last mile courier at my address. I have authority to leave and he doesn't leave a regular parcel. No response to complaints. I've had to cancel my orders with a good supplier

Exceptional customer service from Michaela this week sending a piece of art to Hamilton. I was so grateful for the insight into how and where it would be handled and also for the excellent clear communication in forwarding the work on after the exhibition. Most appreciated in these trying Covid times! :-)

Was sitting in our dining room at 6.45am courier went next door then parked outside our home. Sat in van for about 3 minutes, hubby went out to wait but decided courier wasn't for us. Hubby came back, courier got out of van, put something in letterbox and drove away. Hubby went out to get item. Turned out to be a card for non delivery because nobody was home. He didn't even try opening the gate or come up to the door - so how did he miss us sitting at the table watching him. I tried ringing from 07.30am but nobody answers the phone at Customer Services and you just get cut off.This is a diabolical way to run a business. Would never use them. Am totally disgusted if this is the way business is done now.
