Very capable instructor. Very experienced so was able to demonstrate visually as well as orlly. Personable easy going. Enjoyed the course very much. Looking forward to returning for my renewal times.

Sharon was excellent! What I thought was going to be a very long and boring day that I just needed for a university course requirement turned out to be quite a fun and informative session. Everything was relevant and it had a good mix of practical and theoretical skills despite the barriers due to covid. Would recommend!

My experience was how well and clear our first aider conduct the importance everything to do that was to legally done in theory and performances also that our wiring was clear and that we ask question if we did not understand question I did my first aid cert with youz last time again my experience then was fantastic this time it’s standard was above than what I expected my injury from cpr perform in work plc did worry me when attending today but with the help of the conductor to enable me to achieve my physical performance definitely return and Congrats to ARC for having a conductors as our trainer Terence .....? Do not pay or proceed with this course you must pay before the course and that is basically a scam and by other reviews it's not the first time by the looks of it luckily I didn't pay anything for this rubbish just a heads up guys it's to good to be true is the saying

Horrible customer service. If i could give zero stars I would.I booked and paid for a first aid course, Hours later they cancelled the course and were unable to find me another course within my time limit I needed for uni. I asked for a refund and was told they would lodge the refund straight away. 7 days later I rang to ask where my refund was, I was told there was no refund lodged on their end and they would process one straight away for me. It's now been 20 days and i still haven't received my refund. These people are ridiculous to deal with. They've stolen my money and won't even return emails. Stay away from these theives!

The training is very basic, the teacher is a nice lady but just reads from the powerpoint slides (which is the same info found in the manual they send you to pre-read so there is nothing new added to learn) and when I asked for more detail about a children's ailment that was mentioned on the slide it looked like she didn't know as she had to google the answer. There were 23-25 students crowded in a room way too small for that many people and with just 1 trainer. I saw people performing CPR incorrectly (I've done this course multiple times so I know) but the trainer was unable to supervise so many people at once and notice who was doing it wrong. There should be at least 2 trainers for such a big class. There were also not enough packs of equipment for everyone and some people had to share items. I will not return here for my next certificate.

A piece of paper, stuck to the door, out in the back carpark, is their only signage. Then go up the stairs and to the left, to a room with no signs to help you. Good luck finding this place.
