What a bunch of legends! Recently had to tool shop with my wife as I’m starting my own trade business! They distracted my wife while I shopped up big! These guys went out of their way to make sure we had everything we need! Kind, warm and good fun! Thanks boys for a great experience! We’ll be back for sure!!

Seriously don't think this mob will be in business much longer. Someone else here suggested that they are total tools". I agree.Customer service is rubbish. Boof heads who think they are too good to serve customers. Money go bye bye. P.S. if you are the owner. You really need to mystery shop this mob of yoyos your investment is really being put at risk here."

Very knowledgeable across all the brands they sell and they present their experience in a way that allows you to make an informed decision.Nothing is too much for these guys - if they can't find it in store they'll ring around for you or help you find another way to do the job properly.

I was served by Connor on Saturday when I went in to get a chuck for my late husband's drill. I found Connor to be very attentive, helpful, knowledgeable and he gave good advice and I managed to buy a suitable replacement chuck. Then he made sure it will fit on my drill. Connor's service was excellent and therefore deserves an acknowledgement.
