Discovery Parks - Forster

The place is for caravans only however the staff were really pleasant and let me walk around the forests and the water to relax. If you wish to relax and see stunning beauty in nature please come here. Sadly no sign of deer in this area or it's outskirts.

Camping on a tent on a site with ensuite bathroom. Convenient. Waterpark and pool big hit for young children. Free hire of SUP, kayaks, bikes, scooters. Amazing. Great facilities. On site restaurant and playground for kids under renovation but even without this my kids and entire family were greatly entertained. Only 15 min or so drive to Forester beach.

Awesome park along the river in a nice quiet spot. We got rained out on day two and asked if we could cut our stay short so they have us a credit to use at any other discovery parks in Australia. Great staff and management team

Do your research. This is nowhere near Forster. Travelling in a bus we needed to taxi to and from foster @ $50 each way. Staff while we were at the park (24/6 - 28/6) were absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately we then had the displeasure of a phone call from a lady after we had left that was not so lovely. We stayed an extra day and on departure the gentleman we spoke to said they would just charge to our card they had on record which was great. Lady that called claimed they didn’t have such record even throw an email from them had been sent one hour before phone call with our card details in the email.Apart from this staff member and being a long way from Forster it is a nice place.

What a hidden gem this park is! Has everything you need onsite, kids loved the splash park and the pool, and the kayaks, and the stand up paddle boards! Everything was perfect, we had the best time. The staff are really helpful, and the coffees from the cart were lovely. Thanks, we'll be back!

We had an ensuite site bathroom was great. Such a beautiful place, we really enjoyed our stay. Staff were fantastic! Perfect for dogs as they have there fenced park. Only negative was not much shade around kids areas. Can't wait to go back!

The place stunk of sewerage the whole time I was there. I left early because I just couldn't bare the smell any more, our screen door fell off the first day, the TV stopped working and the kids playground and jumping pillow were non-existent, the 'gaming room' is woeful and the BBQ near the family room does not work and was replaced by a cheap oneIn saying the above the views are nice and the splash park and pool are nice but the bad overrides the good, horrible trip away for us

There are plenty of photos of the cabins similar to the one we stayed in so I focused on the views from the cabin which was nothing short of superb.The place is a slice of heaven on earth. A charming, mystical fairytale would pretty accurately describe our experience. A pleasant surprise from the moment we arrived and every moment till our departure.If the river fauna and flora magnificence wasn't enough, or the magical morning mist, sitting back at 3am watching the distant and powerful lighting storms to the far south was certainly enough to blow our minds.Loved the park, the staff, the comfort and the overall experience.

This is truly an amazing experience to have with family and friends! The Deluxe cabins has everything you need for a family getaway, it is much better than a Hotel! There are camping grounds and more cabins for small and big families!We had such an amazing time, management and staff were very helpful, their service is definitely rates 5star! We had towels and linens replaced whenever we needed. The kids had so much fun in the water park and the pool! The main beach is just 12mins drive from the park!Even when it rained we enjoyed the quietness of the place. Beds are so comfortable, we loved it!We are definitely booked again for same time next year! Thank you to the manager and your team for such an amazing job!
