Our work vehicle needed to have an inspection to re-licence, my business was in a hurry and although they had nothing available for a week Corin was so helpful over the phone that she managed to fit us in that afternoon! So helpful, and I am grateful for their services. Absolutely recommend!

Total Car Care did an inspection on my car (to register it in WA) and they were thorough, professional and their extra knowledge and extra advice went above and beyond, and was greatly appreciated. They recommended me an immobilizer fitter and were helpful in accommodating specific time requests. I would very much recommend this place for anything on your vehicle.

From the initial phone call with a query to collecting my car on completion, I have never (in any state in Aus) been more impressed with the service and personal attention I received from Total Car Care in Morley!Corinne in particular is incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond in helping me understand and navigate DOT additional issues I needed to address in great detail. There’s nothing the woman doesn’t know! Sam, please give her a raise and a holiday! Thank you humbly from an old woman without a clue about my car!

Do not go to this place. I got ripped off and they are so rude.The problem wasn't that my car failed an inspection nor was it the standard cost of the inspection it is essentially because it failed with a huge list of expensive items to repair and the horrendous, rude and arrogant attitude displayed by the person I talked to. Two days later I had my car undergo the exact same inspection in a more reputable garage and guess what? It passed... Crazy. No extra repairs needed!! So yes, like others who have reviewed this garage, they have a tendency to want to rip you off. They failed my car so they could get a few hundred bucks out of me. Noice.

*** 100% TOP SHELF FROM START TO FINISH ***I can't recommend this team highly enough!!After receiving an estimate/quote from a rival (local) company of close to $5,000, I decided to get a second opinion from 'Total Car Care'. (It needs to be noted; the initial quote took 2 weeks to be received, and obviously no car to use during this process).Once 'Total Car Care' received the vehicle, they had diagnosed the issue & also repaired the vehicle with-in a week!! Not only did this include freighting a part ex-east, BUT ALSO at a final invoice total of $4000.00 LESS THAN THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE!!I will continue to advise ALL family, friends & colleagues to utilise their services in the future, and a special thank you to Sam, Tony & Corinne for not only their amazing work, but also their professionalism, consistent communications & updates during such a stressful time.Many, many, manyyyyyy thanks!!!!! :)))
