I came in to your colonnades store today, Saturday 29th October to have a battery replacement for my car remote, a young man working there (clearly not the owner) damaged my key, and almost broke it trying to open it up to replace the battery, he is obviously not experienced, or qualified to work in this field, because he had no idea what he was doing, he refused to replace the damaged casing,which was done using a blade, and it looked like, he was biting into it.. then he said, 'it was glued together?? I highly don't recommend coming here

Extremely pleased with the Shoe Kings. The gentleman that served us was very social and took the time to interact with our disabled son. The dog tag engraved for us was perfect and done so quickly. Thanks again for an enjoyable experience.

I had a flip key cut there a couple months ago and it has been great, very professional and friendly staff. Just had a pin come loose in the key so I took it back in and they quickly replaced it no questions asked. 100% recommend.

Incredible craftsmanship by Lee. At first i was hesitant about taking my wife's expensive Ferragamos to any repairer as they were just over the warranty period, but after hearing great things about noarlunga shoe kings I thought I would try them out. Lee was a champion and took the time to explain what he would need to do to fix them and what the cost and time would be. Further more to my surprise the cost was excellent and I got called up a day later saying the heels are awaiting collection. The customer service was great and old fashioned and the finished heels looked like new. which brought a huge smile on the wife's face.Thanks Lee will be back
