Great customer service. I phoned after trying to ring around to other stores and sending an email via online website to another store. This store at least has taken my name and number and promises to let me know when the stock is coming in.

The lady was really helpful, and she gave me lots of helpful tips and tricks to use with my sewing machine. I went back to get an overlocker and she gave me sound advice on which one is the best one to use to save time. She was prompt to give me a full demonstration. Knowing I was a repeat customer she also gave me a discount, which I was pleasantly surpised. Will be coming back. I opened the new machine and it comes already threaded and ready to go. Brenda was right it is a really good machine.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience shopping at Hobbysew Hornsby. The store is modest in size so the fabric selection is limited but it stocks an impressive selection of sewing accessories and tools. The staff was also extremely helpful, taking the time to answer my questions and offered useful sewing advice. I'm looking forward to shopping here again.

Came in for a sewing machine and the customer service was outstanding!! Brenda was very friendly, informative and honest with her advice which was very much appreciated. She also threw in a free quilting kit! Happy to pay a bit extra for quality products and service. I am in love with my Brother A150 and will definitely be back for an overlocker!!

I wanted to order a rotary blade kit for my Brother Scan and Cut machine. They weren’t showing on the Hobbysew website so I went to the Hornsby store to check. Jess was extremely helpful, rang another store to get one transferred and rang a day earlier than promised to say it had arrived. The price was competitive and I avoided delivery charges. Happy happy! The new location of the store with plenty of parking is fabulous, and the layout and presentation of stock is beautifully done. Congratulations Hobbysew!

Never enter this store. Rude staff who treat you very poorly. Ever since Tina's closed this is the only place to go. But you could drive 20kms and get a quicker and better service. That's what I am doing now. Why pick up the phone with a line of customers waiting? Really!
