Wow my experience certainly conflicts with these reviews. Jay is not reliable at all. Rang for an electrician and was told one would be here within 15 mins. Nobody ever showed up. Jay did not answer multiple calls and text messages after I had been waiting for 2 hrs and has still not responded nearly 24 hrs later. Lucky I was able to find an actual reliable electrician to help me
