Gem Massage & Foot Spa

Today, I went to have a full body massage with my husband. The service attitude of the shop assistant was very good and the massage was very meticulous, which made us feel relaxed. Thank you Gem message! I will definitely go there next time

Google maps did it again an took me down wrong streets witch were courts but in the end I got here. But still wasted fuel so how about a free fuel card as good faith please.

One of the best experiences I had. Was skeptical at first but after getting a back, legs and feet massage from Peter, I felt like I could run a marathon. Would definitely come here again.

I went Gem Massage today(near Kmart), there was this guy who massaged me. The pressure was so low as if he was just doing to kill his one hour. Also he was only massaging at one spot. I don’t know if he was the owner or one of the employees but one thing for sure I am going back to him. The lady who did massage my daughter was very good. Hopefully they do look into this.

Thank you Gem Massage!!!!!! Today me and my wife both had another amazing one hour whole body massage in this place. My favourite masseuse Liz who gave me the massage today and that was fantastic, with the firm pressure and sophisticated skills, my back is no longer tight anymore, she is epic!!!

It can be so hit and miss at a shopping centre massage place. However, sometimes you have a spare half hour, and it’s a great treat. The place was clean and smelt lovely. I would highly recommend Mary; she did a fantastic job!

My adult son and I treated our selves to a full body massage. The lady started massaging me for about one minute then I was left for about 6-10 minutes laying there. Finally she came back in, no apologies for taking so long i can understand leaving to get oil or towels for a minute or 2 but it was ages. Then our arms weren’t done at all, the front of our legs, arms, head weren’t done either, I confirmed I wanted a relaxation massage and the whole thing was painful, also for my son. Not once were we asked if the pressure was ok at all. Won’t be going back here at all. $200 and not enjoyable at all. My son could barely walk when he left he was in that much pain. So disappointing as last time I went there it was great. And last time I checked arms were part of the body and should be included in a full body massage.

When I walked in the place looked clean and well presented. Liz who gave me a full body massage was very professional which made me comfortable and at ease. Once finished I felt so relaxed and felt really good.

It’s not what I wanted, but what I needed. I went in hoping to get a one hour relaxation massage with oil, just to pamper myself. What I got was being covered in towels and it felt more like a deep tissue massage. I could have spoken up and clarified, but I didn’t because he undid all of the knots in my neck and shoulder and it was amazing. It was tough to push through but I’m reaping the benefits days later. Thank you.
