Arte & Frank Salon

I went to Arte and Frank for the first time today and with very long hair. And I received an awful, very expensive and overly styled cut, that I did not ask for. I asked for some long layers and agreed to approximately 5 cm to be trimmed from its length. But, I sadly left with half of my hair gone and very obvious, shorter layers instead. They are simply too gung-ho with their scissors. Be aware of this, if you visit! I am very upset with my final cut. It is not what I requested unfortunately and will take quite some time to grow out. You simply cannot just hack into a person’s hair, that they have spent years growing without their permission. My hair has been absolutely ruined as a result.

Julia puts a lot of time and thought into my colour and cut, and I love I can be honest with what I like/don't like.Both Nick and Julia always take such great care of us, and always find a way to fit me in for my last-minute blowdry requests!

I regularly get my haircut at Arte and Frank and they haven’t put a foot wrong. I am always impressed by how the cut works out as it grows out. Just stays looking good. Nick is excellent. Happy to recommend

Wonderful salon & great team - I have been going to see Julia for a couple of years now. Started going specifically for blonde - she always did a great scalp bleach job, and now to brown/auburn - always tailoring treatments to what I need and always with fantastic results. Would highly recommend!
