Absolutely cannot speak highly enough of these guys!! Darren and the team listened to what we wanted and made awesome suggestions - took lots of time to make sure all the details were going to be just right. When we received the windows, we were totally blown away with the quality - the tradies doing the installation wanted to know where we got them from. Absolutely transformed the house instantly. So grateful we found JAG Windows, we will be recommending them to everyone!!

Jag Windows deliver appalling customer service. We ordered windows six months ago and were promised delivery in May, then multiple times thereafter. One more week, next week, etc. Still no windows by mid August. This is not a company that is interested in serving its customers in a timely fashion. Do not use them if you want your build to run to schedule.

Watched as the driver served into another car forcing him out of his lane and pulling in to a petrol station where a school girl (10yrs old roughly) had to stop in the middle of the entrance that she had already started walkng across to let this lunatic whip in, as he entered through the exit to avoid hitting her. Would hate to see how they treat Windows if that's how they drive.
