I believe in supporting your local and businesses, and despite having to commute to get to Theos; the craftsmanship, skill and flavours are second to none.You will not find another butcher that has a passion for his craft and customer interaction like Cristian.. family owned and operated, the love is felt.The selection is greater than the usual butcher with homemade jerky (charqui), drinks, kites, hats, marmalade, condiments, coal... I could go on forever, but it's best to visit, ask and even sample in store (yes they even cook their own meats as samples). Go, you will not be disappointed.2023 and my original statement stands!!

Continuing the theme of holidaying in your own city, we took a drive out to West Fairfield Shopping Centre yesterday. While the facade may be faded, Theo's Cecinas Butchery & Smallgoods shines brightly. This fourth generation family business services Sydney’s South American community. Despite only visiting for morcilla, we took home some bright yellow Colombian chorizo too (look for them hanging in one of my photos). Great service & explanations saw us buy lots of extras from the shelves and deli counter.

Wonderful butcher selling the best South American options. The largest range of Chorizos I've ever seen. (Try the little ones. They're amazing) the service here is phenomenal too. They treat you like family and give great advice. Highly recommended.

The best Chilean butcher in Aus!Chorizos are a must! Meat is so tasty and fresh.The family are so friendly and helpful. There is a selection of chilean goodies inside aswell.

Bought a rump cap pichana. Best piece of meat I’ve ever eaten. So tender. Only used salt. Delicious.The guys selling the meat were hands down the nicest people ever.
