Great work by these guys recently, very responsive and able to meet time-frames for replacement of a heater 2 days prior to sale of a deceased estate, and replacement of our own unit after breaking down during a recent cold snap. Highly recommend.

Had BP Heating & Cooling over before Easter to look at our gas ducting unit which wasn't going. Had an repairman here who seemed a bit green, he got the heating going then we went away on holiday & came back to it not working again. Called up & was told I needed a new PCB board which we were told about on the 1st visit, asked for a quote and was told I would have one Monday but that never arrived, had to all up to chase up. Got the quote which was $405.00 for the part and I was a bit in shock. I found the exact same part from 2 other suppliers for 1/2 the price and went back to BP heating to ask if they could do anything with the price as we had already forked $285.00 for the 1st visit, I was told that's the price. We needed to get this fixed as I had the in-laws staying and it was getting cold. I accepted the quotation and was told I would have a text message to let me know a time for the tech to arrive & fix, no text was received & was told the tech was 10mins away. I had been in Bendigo for work and on my way back and explained to the office lady Emily that I wouldn't be home to pay and would pay when I got home, Emily said that's fine. Then I get a call from the In-laws saying I must pay on the spot after the tech spoke with his boss. I rushed home & spoke with the serviceman Glen who was an absolute legend and I took a little but of frustration out on him which he didn't deserve, I apologized to him and he was all good. He was just doing his job. Overall my experience was soured by the promises of quote timing received, promises that I would have text message and then the super expensive part. More communication would be better. The good things- Glen the serviceman who fitted the PCB board.

I have been using BP Heating and Cooling for the past 5 years and I have found them to be responsive, timely and good value. They offer pre winter and summer services which help keep your home prepared and safe during the summer and winter months. I would happily recommend them.

I called BP Heating & Cooling on the Thur before Good Friday as I was worried our ducted gas heating wasn’t working properly. Shaun was assigned to us and arrived promptly on the Tuesday after the long weekend.He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He serviced and checked our system quickly, giving it a clean. We now have peace of mind that our system is a-ok.Thanks for the speedy & professional service.

Joshua was very professional and courteous. I do appreciate his honesty about my current heating system and will take his advice for a replacement of the system when it fails or bug down in the future, as the system is already more than 13 years old. BP Heating & Cooling price is competitive. Only negative I could say is that the technician was scheduled to arrive our house between 2-4PM. Joshua arrived after 5PM. But he finished the job quickly and gave honest opinion on my current system. I will definitely consider them when I decided to replace our system next year.
