Came for lunch to fill in time. Beautiful and clean, staff were lovely (thank you Georgia and Lachlan), food was sooooo good, and we appreciated the seniors discount. Highly recommend

Just got served my first ever flat eye fillet…. An overcooked 1cm eye fillet schnitzel. Should have been on a $8 sambo at the local footy club… Wouldn’t have bothered me enough to leave a review except the server and manager both tried to explain it away like it was normal… I get it’s busy service but seriously own your mistakes

The dining area was quite noisy considering there were not a great deal of people there. Could be the acoustics in the room. We had to talk quite loudly to have a conversation. The food was delicious but a thinner piece of steak on the steak sandwich would have made it a lot less messy to eat. We took our food outside because of the noise and it was very pleasant. We would eat here again.

Enjoyed a steak, veggie and chips with a glass of red. Arrived at 5pm. Easy to order. Meal with partner plus drinks was reasonably priced. Clean environment. If you coming out of area you may wish to look at alternative place to park rather than in carpark as so busy with cars constantly coming and going cause of neighbouring bottle shop. Best to park on road. Meals arrived in timely manner

A very busy pub and great atmosphere.All the staff were very friendly and very helpful.Food was delicious.Little dear for a steak so we went for burgers.Good selection of tap beersPrice is reasonable for a pub in its location.

Food was soo salty. Vegetables were still raw.... when I let the manager/owner know she was rude and disrespectful. Didn't offer to compensate or recook the meal...Kids room was disgusting... There was poo in the slide and the room stinks.Used to be good years ago but has gone down hill. Seems they over salt everything to make people at the bar thirsty.... Seen them prioritising the bar over table service. Was loud because of bar and table service was lacking.Won't be returning ever again.

Staff are helpful and efficient. The pin meals are expensive $27 for a piece of battered fish some chips from a bag and a limp salad with one cherry tomato cut in half a heap of carrot and dressing. Tables were dirty.This pub charges $19 for a glass of pepper Jack.The bottle shop closes at 8pm so don’t bother trying to buy over the bar they won’t sell to you.The pub is in a great location.The pub is tired old and well worn. No warmth or charm exists at all. It is noisey and very echoeyMenu is basic and limited no imagination at all.Would I go back NO. Would I recommend NO

Dined in with some friends and our 5 month old, we had to seat ourselves, went to the bar to ask for menus only to be told they’re over where you order & to ask for a high chair to be told “we only have one and it’s currently being used” baffled thinking surely not I asked someone else who got one for us, asking where the change room is only to be told it’s out of order and they only have the other bathrooms available so I’ve taken my daughters pram in there which was a struggle in itself attempted to change her which she urinated before I could get a new nappy under her to which she now has a wet pram and have had to struggle changing her clothes and nappy without anywhere to lay her and people constantly coming in and out was beyond embarrassing. The only saving grace was the food was delicious but the service and lack of facilities was terrible.Not a venue I would rush back to anytime soon

Ordered two steaks one medium one medium rare. Both overcooked, one more like well done and the other medium to well. Veggies were good except for the corn cob, it smelt and tasted almost off. Chippies did not seem freshly cooked, maybe left over. However venue and service were great but steaks were not what we expected for $40 each.

Came here for my bday from the sunny coast.As a manager for the company I LOVE to see what our other venues offer. Although super busy after the races, this place ticks all the boxesStaff were amazing and food was fantasticStaff were under the pump in a very stressful situation but still held it togetherWell done ALH teamSpecial shout out to HP- who not only was friendly and accommodating- BUT also walked us out and held the door for us… (what a hospitality super star) and also Eric and grace
