We had our car serviced sometime a week ago, they told us about the problem (of which they thought that it was the issue). We had to pay for a new radiator and other parts worth $900 wherein after two days since we got it from the shop, the car is still overheating. We went back again to complain but we were only told to leave the car in the shop because they're gonna trace the main problem. Then we decided not to get it fixed from their shop because maybe they're gonna let us pay for other parts that's not meant to be damaged or something. Went to other automotive shop and got it fixed (finally).-WORST SERVICE-FALSE DIAGNOSIS

10/10 could not recommend these Guys any more highly, I stumbled across them when my car broke down and they were the closest shop that would take me. They have been amazing every time I have been there and have helped me out numerous times, even when I have had troubles with a car dealership. If you ever need help I highly recommend them, and any questions you have John will answer them for you.

Working across the road as part of the Hallam LXRP and needed some help to fix a broken electric window on our work ute. Very friendly service, quick turnarounds and very well priced. Nothing was touch trouble. Happy to recommend there service

I was referred to this business by word of mouth, and I agree that they are well worth changing your mechanic! My car's branded service centre was not interested in exploring all available options (like a seconds" spare part??) and left me to source a solution. John is a genuine honest mechanic, hard to find. I have been taking my Subaru here for over two years after taking it to a Subaru dealership. They have always been professional and called prior before any additional costs and explained in laymen's terms any mechanical faults. Great family business.
