Disappointing every time I come here. Most of the Dryer machines aren’t working properly. The coins gets stuck all the time. Did complain many times but still it’s the same. Super annoying and frustrating. Not only to me. To all the other customers too.

Clean and efficient on first visit - 5 stars! Second visit one of the washers had leaked and the floor was partially underwater, with no answer through the assistance button - 3 stars. So, averages out at 4 :) Google says all machines have tap & pay, which isn’t quite true - probably about half of them do.

Dryers not working but no signage to say that it's out if order. Once you've put your money into the slot says add $1.00 nothing happens. After Google for phone number had to call owner to advise. Suggest that they employ someone to at least check these things out. Very busy place on Saturday morning.

Best laundry in the eastern suburbs by far. Been to them all. Always clean and tidy. Forgot my cloths there one time in the dryer and that evening after hours I called the owner and they helped with getting them back to me. Folded in a bag which the didn’t have to do. Great people thanks again guys .
