When I was caught out with a tricky tyre problem Wayne and his staff went out of their way to nut it out and get it fixed, despite getting no notice that I was coming. They got it sorted and then only charged for a fraction of the time it took. Very grateful for their efforts.

Being a female from Melbourne and not knowing anyone here nor anything about tyres, this would be the last place I would want to spend my afternoon...However, brought my Holden Equinox into the store to have the rear tyre puncture repaired and found the customer service to be impeccable...Jeff you are my hero!The employees made me feel like a valued customer with the utmost attention and respect extended to me from my initial phone call to the moment I drove away.To add to my awesome experience was the cheap repair cost!Highly recommend them and will be buying my tyres from them in the future.Thanks guys, especially to Jeff!It was just nice to see old fashioned customer service still exists.

Absolutely recommend! Saved me!I noticed my tyre was down to the wire on the very edge. It was 11:57am on a Saturday. I rang the guys at tyrepower with awareness they probably would be closing at 12:00 sure enough they were, but they told me to bring my car over and they would fit it. I was so grateful! I had all these plans for driving on the weekend which would have needed to be cancelled. Now I'm free to do all the things I want this weekend plus get to work on Monday! Thanks so much wayne
