Excellent. I went in to buy Christmas cards and tags - total $3.35 and spent another $20 on about 6 other items: breadboard Vegemite and cleaning items. I came,away very happy indeed.

Worst customer service experience ever. Rude staff dont want to help..... the worst ill go to Bunnings from now on. This was the Belconnen store where the older ladies employed there were so rude wouldnt even serve me. It was like customer service was below them. Not recommended

I've had to drop my rating unfortunately. The last few times I have visited the Belmont 2280 store, I have been followed around the store by staff members. I'm so hyper aware of this behaviour now as it's happened consistently everytime I enter the store. I'm actually beginning to wonder if racial profiling is part of the training or policy. Really disappointed as saddened by their behaviour.
