Fielders

Not sure if I'm being served or not. Took my money pretty quick. Just getting two galv down pipes and think I'll be here for the weekend. Obviously no one has any idea about dealing with customers.

I deal with Meils are fielders nearly on a daily bases and she has to be one of the most amazing person i have dealt with. all the other staff are very good too but Meils is a stand out !! she needs amazing recognition.

Always takes forever to pick up an order. Wait in a queue of cars at the gate. Wait in the loading bay. Wouldn't use them if they weren't close to my house

I can not believe you can’t give a minus star rating. I could have gone to Whyalla mined the zinc, melted it down into sheet form and folded it with my teeth quicker than it’s taken to collect 3 small flashings. Can someone please tell my wife and kids that I love them just in case I’m still in the line waiting.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Fielders was a family owned company once. Now part of a big multi national company that doesn't pay their taxes and train on the floor employees.Your biggest asset is your employees !

Would give minus zero star rating if I could. Terrible service. I urgently needed gutter brackets. Called the Novar Gardens branch and was advised that they were in stock and to come in and collect. Drove all the way there only to be told that the machine is broken with no ETA on repair. Why advise your customer to come in to the store to collect, if the machine required to pick the product is broken! No staff members was willing to check with other stores if the product was available. Customer service was non existent. Staff just don’t seem to care. In the end I had to call around myself to check if any other store had stock and was lucky to find one that did. Then I had to drive out of my way to collect. Luckily I was able to find what I needed on time for the job to be done. Staff don’t have a clue on customer service and zero people skills. Fielders need to do better. This is not good enough!

My experience at fielders mile end goods pick up was woeful. Gave up and will collect goods when they arrive at the Marion road branch.Cannot describe how pitiful the non existent service is.Kym Olson posting this review.

I have been using fielders for more than 12 years since ive been in business. I really hope this message gets to those at the top. Ever since they opened the new factory at Novar Gardens i have not been able to get a straight answer of when my materials will be ready, they give a date on the paperwork and even still the date gets pushed out. Then they say its ready but only half the order is ready for me to pick up. I Loved the old fielders at least that ran smoothly and stuff came on time. I cant run a business like this. ill need to look elsewhere now. Please sort it out and call me when its fixed.

Excellent, durable and reliable. Can never go wrong with Fielders. I would highly recommend their products.

Would not deal with this supplier again. Despite four attempts to get a credit on sub standard products a week later I have had no resolution with my project half finished.
