Visited to get feedback on a PC build and advice on some combinations Vs others, and the guy who served me was awesome. Fully nerded out, and checked on some compatibility issues that hadn't even crossed my mind. Easy to talk to and very knowledgeable, and picked up a few pieces while there. Definitely recommend!

Customer service is amazing , Urgently needed amonitor for work , Aus post delivered it smashed to pieces but australia post left a note saying they had damaged it . Virgil and Munsaf , the manager and support member handled the case like pro's. Got the monitor sent back straight away and had a replacement sent out not long after. Its great to have a company care about their customers . A+++Thanks again guys!!

Staff are courteous and helpful, but store is rather small with limited stock, if you have something specific that you want give them a call first to make sure they have it in stock.3/5 purely for lack of stock, staff were great though :)

Worst service call and call no answer to then go in and we don't have stock of that we have this tho same size drive but when you ask questions oh I have no idea then why recommend it as a replacement for stock you don't have

Thy guys here are really helpfull and are willing to sit down with you for half an hour and talk about what parts you should get. They have no insentive to rip me off and so i know i can trust them. It can take a few weeks for all of the parts to arive and for them to build it. But thats more then reasonable.

this is hands down the best computer shop from components to full builds they have been the most helpful and understanding. I have a terminal illness and have had trouble paying my last bill. one of the employees has helped me 3 X by deferring my payments and even gave me a seat and water after I had medical issues while trying to make payments. I have developed a friend, and it feels like going home.
