I called about a sliding door that needed replacement glass, within 30 mins he was over to look at it. Guys come to get the door later that day and within the 24 hours it was back and installed.Great service, great price and speedy.Very happy with how easy it was, so glad I rang around, cheapest price and most said it would take weeks before they could do it.

The BEST service ever!! I rang at 2pm, for a massive sliding door which shattered, they had replaced it by 6pm. Friendly amazing service and very affordable!!!!

I have dealt with this business twice in the last two months, on the first occasion, very short of notice, they fixed a small window in less than half an hour for a small amount, on the other occasion they were quick to respond to our request to fit a large window, they arrived, removed the broken frame and glass and fitted the new window in a professional manner, in my personal opinion I recommend them, they were also cheap and got the job done, Regards.

Michael cut 5 custom-sized mirrors gor me, and was very honest & upfront with time required, which adds to professionalism. I’m a very pleased customer now & he even offered to deliver them as I live a block away! Definitely coming back! Great job guys. Thank you

Made 3 different dates for a quote to be done and all 3 he never turned up. not even a phone call to say he was held up or anything.When I called to asked what happened I got the excuse of “it was raining and cold “ & “ yeah my car wasn’t working” Very appalling thanks for wasting my time

I called Newlite at 5pm on the dot for a glass replacement knowing that his website says the closing time as 6pm. I rang few times believing that what is written on his website is true. After few calls he answered the phone and was very rude over the phone and complaint about why I had called him at this time even if I called him within the opening hours. He told me that he is only a window maker, not a specialist. Thank God he is not. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone as his customer service is very below standard.

Had a broken sliding door in our outdoor area on the 28th Dec. Nearly all businesses are shut but after one phone call he came out and assessed the job at 4.30pm, removed the frame went away and came back 2 hours later and installed at 6.30pm. Absolutely first class service and couldn’t recommend more highly!!

Matt was very competent and professional, quickly resolving issues we were having with an older self closing sliding glass door as part of meeting access to pool area compliance standards. He also made repairs to a second sliding door to ensure it was working smoothly and sealing properly. Matt was very respectful and pleasant to deal with and we would highly recommend his services.
