Great customer service! They actually finishes at 4:30 on friday and i was late there at almost 5pm to pick my car up. The mechanic guy was showing perfect customer experience by helpfully explaining everything without a wrinkle. Thanks!

Excellent garage. Both Pat & Matt are extremely helpful, honest and knowledgeable. As a Tradie in need of my vehicle, I had a transmission issue with my Land Rover Defender, and the went out of their way to quickly inspect it for me free of charge and then recommend a specialist to resolve the issue. Told me my rear window brake light was out so didn't pass my rego check. Told me I needed it fixed and said I could do this elsewhere or they could replace it. Mechanic said it wasn't a simple procedure. So i left and an hour later my brother inspected mechanics only to discover that the brake light was in fine working order. I was lied to and could have been taken for a ride.

couldn't have had a worse experience, fella sounded in person and over the phone like He didn't want any business. was quoted more than double any mechanic would charge for a clutch kit + labour, never walked away so fast in me life. have gone elsewhere for half the price and a better customer experience. Other bloke's review was right, a prime example of why you can't trust some mechanics nowadays.
