Lauren and the team here are excellent! I've been going for several years and the benefits to my dogs have been wonderful. Just like us, dogs get stiff and sore and when they age, things like arthritis and joint stiffness start to appear. Physio can really help with this and rehab from injuries. Highly recommend Melb Animal Physio!

I've been seeing Lauren and the team at Melbourne Animal Physiotherapy for over 2 years now. I've had 2 IVDD surgeries and Lauren has helped rehabilitate me. I believe that the amazing massages and treatments has help prevent further injuries and pain. After every session I notice my walk and posture improve. Our 9-yr-old dachshund came to MAP for non-surgical treatment of IVDD. From the very start the whole team - in particular Shelley and Erin - treated us so kindly and were so supportive and helpful. They didn't judge our choice not to operate, they gave us great advice for helping Ralph at home. During the sessions they were both so patient and kind to Ralph - even when he was being troublesome. They are both also incredibly kind and supportive to us as his owners too - we honestly would not have gotten through this whole hard process without them. I cannot speak highly enough of them and cannot recommend Melbourne Animal Physiotherapy more. Really wonderful place to get treatment for your animals

Hello I am Olive. I was a sore 9 year old German shepherd when my kind owners found Lauren and asked her to make me feel better.My human now takes me every two weeks (really could be more often) for a full body rub. I hate vets and groomers but Lauren and Nikki are very different. They find all the right spots and help me stretch out. I get nice treats too.It is very relaxing. I sit and lie down as I want and they make me feel so much better.This means I now can run in the park, even stretch out my back legs and not hop like I used to do. I can walk longer distances with my nice humans too.

I had made an appointment for the first time back in Nov, when I got there I was told that the app got canceled (I did not receive any notification) & they said they would call me to reschedule- never received a call. I had to go there to make an another app, that app went okay. I made a follow up app- then got SMS that the appointment got canceled (2nd time!) in the last minute. I changed my work schedule around to make it. getting a cancellation notification on the same day & not receiving any calls after they promised a call regarding the reschedule are extremely unprofessional. 2 different appointment got cancelled in a month time & never received any calls to reschedule- unreliable and will never go back. It’s such a shame as the receptionist & staff were friendly & would have loved going here.

Wonderful service and very reasonably priced. Ricky was thorough and helpful, definitely coming back and highly recommended.

Doggo was nervous, and the team were very kind to him. He walked out much better than when he came in. Success! We also left with a great home treatment plan.

Olive our 9.5 year old German Shepherd has been getting steadily more arthritic and slow. She has been on various pain medications for a while. Lauren and her team have been remarkable with Olive. We have always had trouble taking Olive into any animal health practice. She gets highly anxious and nervous going to the vets. Now the vet comes to home and she still is not overly fond of him. Lauren and her team have broken through all this. Olive willingly walks into the physio practice.Lauren and her team then works their magic and Olive relaxes into her treatment. I’m impressed by how gentle and calm and understanding Lauren is. Strangers can be frightened of Olive’s size and breed but Lauren and Nikki, her colleague, are the ultimate professionals.We’ve seen steady improvement and no further decline in Olive over the last ten months. We’re very grateful to have Lauren’s skill available for Olive.

Lauren is very passionate with what she does and she loves dogs, she would do everything to help them improve their quality of life.
