I built an investment property with ABC homes. Dealt with Jason De Felice from their Cloverton, Kalkallo branch. Firstly he helped me get a good deal on a block of land from the developer even though that’s not really part of his job and then he managed to maximise the potential of the land by placing one of their larger homes on it with a good range of upgrades while staying within our budget. His suggestions on the most effective upgrades was excellent, the best one being higher doors, and surprisingly did not push us to spend more and more, in fact talked us out of over capitalising as it was going to be a rental property. The best thing was his availability, as I work late sometimes and trying to make it into the branch between 9-5 can be a really struggle so Jason would stay behind to accommodate me and was very responsive via texts which really suited me. He was also willing to help out after the contract was sealed to ensure everything went smoothly. Overall the process was smooth and the finished product came out better than expected and actually the house was built in very quick time which is what you want from an investment property. I would not hesitate to recommend ABC homes to anyone looking to build their next home.

We are about to start building our first home I would like to thank Jason and Anna for all there help we are very happy with the service that they both provided us and explained everything about the build even helped us find a brocker ect they are very professional on there line of work I would highly recommend them if you want to build theses guys are fantastic easy to deal with thanks to Jason and Anna and all the team at ABC Homes
