I did air touch in this salon couple of time and definitely in love with the results. My hair dresser is Cisca and she did absolutely amazing job, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

My friend used to dyed her hair here and it looks awesome. She recommended me to come. Jiwon serve me today, she is really friendly and helpful. She gave me a lot of suggestions which comes out better than my expected. Definitely will come back!

Ivan did an absolutely amazing job with my hair - very satisfied with the haircut and hair colour (ash grey w bleaching). He was very meticulous and not only did he follow my instructions but also provided a lot of useful tips and professional suggestions/products to keep my hair healthy. The other staffs were also very friendly and caring. I have also been a regular with Jaye and she is also very talented at her job. See pics and decide for yourself ;).

Horrible customer service. Rude hairdresser that gave attitude to the customers when asking for opinion. Does not provide any advice when asked for and barely cuts the hair while charging a whopping $15 for 1 mins of her time. Come out with my hair looking the same as it did before I came in. Ridiculous.Would not recommend coming here. Waste of time and money. Please avoid this hair salon.

I had Airtouch done with Ivan. It’s definitely not cheap, but was so worth the price! I was there for the entire day, and Ivan was super attentive throughout the whole process, checking my bleach numerous times to ensure it was developing well. He really focused on getting an even blend, and did a fantastic job. I’m so happy with the end result!!

I think I’m a kind of customer that’s happy with anything (simply because I don’t know what hairstyle suits me) but Jiwon can definitely read my mind! I have a frizzy hair which only suits certain hairstyles and I notice it can be challenging for some hairdressers. However when it comes Jiwon, it’s not a problem at all. She always gives me a simple and beautiful haircut but to my surprise, it keeps my hair under control and super easy to style. Thanks Jiwon for always keeping up good work :)

Ridiculous service!! It was my first time going to this hairdresser place and I was really really looking forward to it. I wanted to cut like a fringe, however, the hairdresser that I got finished cutting my fringe in under 2 minutes!!!! It was nothing like what I wanted.I asked for her opinion of what kind of fringe would suits me, but she got irritated at some stage and in an annoyingly yet aggressively tone she said “do you want to cut it or not?!” It was shocking as someone who does not have much experience in hair cutting and just wanted some professional thoughts.Absolutely outrageous and disappointed.I will never go back there ever again.

Service is good but does not warrant the price of the hair cut. Showed the stylist the style I want and I’ve explained how I usually style my hair but she proceeded to do a style that’s different, it’s almost like she decided this is the cut for me. Not disastrous but it’s just not what I wanted and too much thinning with lack of technique in layering long hair even though i do not want too much layers. Stylist lack listening and consulting skills even though English command seems ok. What’s the point of showing the picture if it’s going to be ignored? Not coming back and it seems comments are mixed so I guess to each their own.
