Do not use this company!!!!!. Ash took my money in april, kept delaying the job and finally got them on site for the install in August.They got to site with a set of doors that looked like absolute rubbish. Ash then wasn’t able to install the doors so he then took them back to his factory alter them with the plan to return tomorrow prepared for the job. The following day he sent his 2 workers which didn’t have the correct tools so they waiting on site for Ash to turn up which he never did.Now I’m try to get my money back and his telling me he doesn’t have it at the moment.

Would not recommend.Ended up with refunded deposit rather than door after 3 months.Experience between Dec '22 and March '23 - company was undergoing personnel change.Unreliable, difficult to contact, long delays >2 months over time quoted, despite constant requests for updates/progress. Only when my male partner became involved did I get any progress.Refunded when installation job cancelled 2 days in a row (combined with previous experience).
