The staff are unbelievably rude and grumpy. I was dumbfounded at how they could even still be in business considering they advertise steel cut to length for the retail trade, of which I am not. Sticklers for the rules when it comes to lengths hanging 50cm over the back of the trailer or walking up to the main counter (which for some reason is a no go zone) but when it comes to there own oh&s when diving a forklift it was an absolutely mind blowing. Driver made me wait (while he had 8m lengths sliding and unsecured on standard tines at near full lift capacity) on the outward side of where he was turning a corner, in the direct path if they had have slid off. Disgraceful, will never be returning.
