I just left Bunnings @ Nerang. What an experience! Silly me left her keys on the trolley and had the staff looking for them everywhere. While I was searching the outside trolley bays and wandering up and down isles like an idiot, wonderful staff member Lisa was doing her utmost to track them down from the main entrance. Jacob finally found them and was greeted with a huge hug from me. (Poor man). These guys went over and above to keep me calm while searching for my keys. I cannot thank them enough!! Thank you Lisa and thank you Jacob.

Possibly the most unorganised Bunnings on the Gold Coast. Even though they were showing 3 large outdoor pots in stock, nobody could find them. Not sure how you can misplace 3 pots 80 cm long. Most of the staff were very helpful but I got the impression it's a very poorly managed store and no fault of the young casuals employed on the weekend.

Great sized store.Kids play ground was a highlight taking our 5 year old.Wow - service like this….The cafe was on point with our coffees & paid special care to Leo with giving him 4 marshmallows- asked us first and was quite perfectly timed for us working through the stresses of moving home week shopping.Their outdoor plant section was excellently stocked- many varieties and range in sizes.It’s now both home and office I was able to sort in 1 visit.Stock for saucers was low, as well as oversized pots…. Yet always gets our needs met.Thank you team

Good supply of stock. Staff are always there to lend a hand. Great for any DIY projects. They do however have quite a few items out of stock so I will have to venture to other Bunnings to find it.

Usual Bunnings store. You can go all over the place, walk into a Bunnings, and get a de ja view feeling as the layouts are almost matrix style identical.Good staff who are attentive and accommodating.Lots of parking.

Absolutely disgusted with my delivery !!After paying for delivery, I had to help unload my item and bring it inside.I went to see manager and he stated it is curb side delivery only .I was not informed of this spin purchase .Better service at “ Mitre 10 “where I will make the rest of my larger purchases .

The most effing useless bunnings I think I’ve ever visited. Took 40 minutes to exchange a light bulb. All people who work there are children. The footpath was blocked with trolleys where the disabled parks were. Very disappointing. We even asked them to move them as I’m a support worker with a disabled participant. 45 mins later still not moved.

Shocking service at timber yard. Staff watched on whilst elderly customer struggled to get under boom gate still watched on when he fell flat on his face. not an offer of help, they just talked amongst themselves 3 of them with not enough to do. also grumpy when I asked for help and needed them to shift forklift back a foot. simply got a lecture about how staff member did not design store.
