A great service. Both my pets were well looked after, loved and played with while myself and family were away on holidays. We received lovely updates/pictures/videos everyday, which allayed any worries about how they were going while we were away and confirmed they were well cared for.

Shame of a company! Lucky I have cameras at my house! As they didn't show up to feed my pet, did not contact me to find alternative person and did not even tell me till I watched the footage on my camera. They refunded this one day they didn't go, their response to this seemed like the didn't care at all. My pet went 3 days without food given to him at dinner. Would not recommend.
