Absolutely Terrible!! They gavw us rotten mushrooms and when I called to issue a refund or a swap they simply told me they couldnt do anything. Why not avoid the bad mushrooms and give us the good product or call stating they have no more good produce. Absolutely disgusting. This has happened to me multiple times!

Appalling customer service. Phoned to ask about missing UberEats bag, bag received was labelled 1/2 and half the contents were also incorrect. Girl that packed it just gave excuses, said that it wasn’t 1/2, that her 1 must just look like a 2, then went on to blame driver saying he must have taken the multiple missing items, even though bag was securely taped. Got refund from UberEats, but these people need a serious look at the meaning of accountability.

We are travelling around Oz in a motorhome and stopped here in August 2021. We were very impressed with the variety, price, and quality of the produce. Coming back around through WA we stopped here last week (Jan 2023) and were not as impressed. The quality of the produce left a lot to be desired, and so we went to Aldi down the road instead. As examples, a lot of the loose onions were already going soft in the center, the broccoli had already gone off (yellowing), the blueberries looked shrivelled (old). Plus the prices were not as good as before (allowing for inflation, date, etc) compared to other stores eg Aldi. The other Spudshed at Stirling was no better when we went there two weeks ago.

Pretty good fruit and veg but you have to choose carefully. However dont fall for the cheap red meat (lamb, beef) as it is absolute cheap rubbish. Twice now but never again....its cheap for a reason - its only fit for a dog.Scotch fillet 4 pack, 3 went in the bin...first to the dog after nearly wore my teeth out from chewing. Gee...I mean if your going to sell meat at least sell quality...they are just dragging down the brand name with this rubbish.

Great place to go and get late-night snacks, but more than that, their range of fresh produce is pretty extensive and well priced. I also enjoy seeing some harder to find international items in one place, very cool.

i love shopping at the Spudshed but have one question, why arent there more disabled parking there, people who are healthy practicly park in the front door, those that need the special parking, are way away from the front door, and not enough spaces, many times i have come to shop, find not one space in the disabled, then i drive out a shop else where, how about some spaces near the entrance, that would be nice, there are plenty car spaces for those that can walk, why arent there more for those that cant?

Awesome store. Great way to save on your weekly shop, as they are so much cheaper than Coles and Woolies. Plus you are supporting local producers more buying from Spud shed..

Always plenty to choose from some items I purchase there are quite a lot cheaper than supermarkets. Was a bit disappointed on the quality of lamb chops at last visit. The difference was easily noticeable so even though cheaper I left them on the shelf. A good place to buy and save but be careful cheaper is not always Better hey. Busy today lots of shoppers
