Extremely poor place to work. They don't offer laptop, but provide all the broken grit and grim monitors and keyboards that don't work. You end up buying all the accessories at your own cost.This place is very backward in technology and the processes, and does not enable the right skilled people to drive initiatives and projects.Product Owner Melinda, who is a contractor herself, is extremely unprofessional and uses quite abusive language in conversations and is hard to work with, and the managers do not care about action or solving conflicts in a constructive way. No harmony or a project vision

Hard to find free parking. Nearest paid parking is the ACT hockey or rooftop of the hyperdome mall.

Wow, thank you to the lady call Bianca that I just spoke to a half hour ago! So helpful and kind. Definitely the exception. (Though toally understand how working in APS can be so jading. Immediate response to issues I had and a note confirming conversation popped up in Centrelink account almost immediately :) Thanks

Very long wait time on phone calls to Services Australia. Think I waited over 40 minutes for a simple query about Dad and Partner Pay. Had no time to wait so had to hang up. Still have not had time to call back as I don't know when I'm going to find a spare 2 hrs to be on call waiting.
