My little puppy has gotten her first ever proper full groom and she looks unbelievable! It's definitely worth the money and I am definitely always going there. Best dog groomers in Sydney!

I took my parents dog (golden retriever) in for a groom and wash, she’s usually quite a nervous/jumpy dog in unfamiliar surroundings. However, the service and care for her was fantastic. She was well looked after by Kate throughout and came out smelling and looking great with a big wagging tail! Couldn’t recommend enough - made the experience for owner and dog so much better.

My little Pomeranian was very anxious after I picked him up from the place after his grooming. He wasn't happy couldn't walk. Lick his paws all the time. He did not play. He hides from us. He never had this problem with other groomers before!! I took him to the vet twice. It looks like he has an allergy to something, or the clippers weren't clean enough!! I also ask them not to cut his tail. They were oblivious to what I wanted!!! They also said it is mini groom, but they charge me, full groom!! My dog has been on a tablet for five days now!!! I won't be taking my dog back!!!

Groomers seem to know their stuff, but would suggest observing IN PERSON any potential walking/daycare service, preferably without them knowing. That way you can see for yourself how the dogs are treated, and avoid the schmoozy sales spiels (which often promise more than is actually provided).

I have a gorgeous dog, but he can be tricky when it comes to grooming. Fido and Fido took the absolute best care of him. Gave him a wash and dry, brushed his teeth and trimmed his nails (he doesn't let anyone do that). I was so impressed with their care and dedication - from the moment you arrive, everything is perfect and they could not be friendlier. He even left with a blue bow tied to his collar. Will be back!

Kate, Pip and Renata are lovely. The moment I met them, it was like I knew they were my kind of people. Customer service is the start. Artistic design is the finish. My little man had the essentials trimmed today.

Lovely polite staff, such a warm welcome. These guys know dogs so well. We are very comfortable having our dog groomed here, and also love the dog walking and dog minding that Fido and Fido offer!
