Don’t bother if you are in a wheelchair, doesn’t want to deal with you. Receptionist is friendly.

I have been a patient of this practice for several years now and I would highly recommend it to anyone without any hesitation. Very professional, highly skilled team, always friendly, considerate and respectful.

I went there 3 times and had good experience! She, the dentist, is really kind and helpful. She explains everything and takes a lot of time for you. I got 3 fillings and had no problems until now.Can recommend :)

X-ray showed a tooth that required filling. I was surprised as this tooth had no pain what so ever. After procedure Dorothy the dentist said cavity was 'medium-sized' but fixed in time as not near the nerve. Tooth has been in excruciating pain, sensitive and unable to chew three weeks later and getting worse! After a week i returned to have the filling filed in an attempt to rectify. Dorothy the dentist said i could have nerve damage which would require a root canal! Three weeks later i phone to be told dentist will file tooth again but any further work including another x-ray will require further payment. Now not just in pain but in shock. Have lodged a complaint with the health complaints commissioner.

Allan Street Dental Rooms the best practice I have ever found. Very professional. My comfort is very important to them. The staff is amazing. They are all very kind and welcoming. I enjoy going to see them.
