We had Scott and Sarah from Paella Time cater for my partners birthday last weekend for 120 guests, the whole experience from start to finish was wonderful and the paella is most definitely the best in the area. Highly recommend.

My Husband had a Spanish Themed 50th on New Years Eve 2015 for about 200 people, and besides the 'running of the bulls', the paella was the hit of the night. I organised this with Scott maybe 3 months in advance and he kept in touch and gave me advice along the way. Having them come and set up cook and clean and pack away meant we could enjoy the party. And having Scott cook on the 2 big paella pans was great for the guests to watch. I'm still having people comment to me how good the paella was. I would highly recommend Paella Time for any function. I would give more stars if i could.Thank you again Scott for making the night even more special.Helen Koellner - Ballina
