No good service ,no exchange within 14 days Even if you want to exchange it for something else, you don't want to get your money back

These guys run an efficient operation and have good competitive prices. They reward loyalty so it is worth going back regularly. Can be difficult to park and can take a little while to be served sometimes as they can get quite busy.

Have gone here a couple of times to get some supplies.They have a huge range of tiling products and are very cheap.You won't get your tiles here but you will get everything else such as tools, glue, floor wastes, strip drains, grout, trim and the list goes on.Before discovering this place I had previously bought a metal tile edge trim from Beaumont tiles for a small project and it was around $30 from memory, I bought 4 for $18 from here.The only issue is that there isn't much parking out the front

Dear Naomi, I tried to return the excess bags of self levelling today. You pointed to the sign 14 days no returns. I was 3 days late. I want you to know that smug smile was unhelpful and not offering a swap or 30% deduction for returns was also unhelpful (like other Kim stores do). But when shrugged your shoulders repeatedly I thought you had a tick but belittling me in front of other customers and telling me the big boss would never have it was uncaring. You may not appreciate my time out Sat morning in traffic or giving up watching the kids soccer. You may not care I relied on your assurances at the time of purchase to buy extra and bring it back. I don’t quite accept you ranting you tell every customer at purchase it’s 14 days or else. But I care, I care about you Naomi. I hope you can overcome your tick and there are great meds for your ODD. Sadly I can’t recommend people shop here. Try anywhere else but not Naomi at Kim’s Dulwich Hill.

Great selection of tiles - wall, floor and internal and external. Efficient, friendly staff. Only criticism would be the lack of pricing on most pieces which means you have to engage a staff member.

The place is good ,prices are good, hardly any parking,the staff are so rude ,never a smile.I bought something, I didn't have my glasses on and couldn't see the size and the young skinny tall bloke with glasses" said Rudy bring your glasses next time .As doing his job helping customers is a chore.If you want help in this shop as if you asking too much so stay away."

Great selection of quality tiles at reasonable prices. We did our entire kitchen & bathrooms renovations and selected all our tiles from here. Jack is very pleasant to deal with and worked well with me to design and deliver an awesome looking kitchen, laundry, powder room, butler's pantry, main bathroom & ensuite using tiles from this store. I would definitely buy my tiles here if I ever renovate again!! Thanks for your great service Jack!!
