Had a wonderful experience with Stockdale & Leggo throughout the process of buying our first home.The real estate agent we worked with, Darren Butler, was approachable, informative, and altogether helpful through the entire time.They also gave us a lovely gift pack to welcome us to our new home. I couldn't recommend them more.

My feedback is specific to the below-par property management team. I have heard good things about the sales team, and the reception staff are good.We rented through them for more than two years as great tenants who never missed a payment and never caused damage to the property etc. When bringing up issues with the rental property they are relatively slow to process/rectify the issue. Whenever you call them for updates, the property management team are rarely available and when you are put down for a call-back they rarely get back to you.When it comes around to moving out, be prepared for them to be unhappy with areas of the house and how they're cleaned even if they're done by professionals, and for them to speak to you in a condescending manner regarding the issues. This will likely lead to them trying withold part/all of your bond to cover the costs of re-doing what has already been done. This is not just applicable to me, but multiple other people I have spoken to about their agency. We have been forced to go through further mediation of the magistrates court to get our bond back after they ignored all of our attempts to contact them via email and telephone.I am not someone who puts reviews up often, but this experience has been that bad that I don't wish anyone else to have to go through it. I would not recommend them to anyone, and would give 0 stars if it were an option.

Sadly unprofessional. My experience with Stockdale and Leggo was a continued lack of responsiveness to major health and safety issues regarding a property I was renting with them, these issues were pre existing to me moving into the rental property. I found it concerning the blatant disregard of the safety of tenants by Stockdale and Leggo. Highly recommend getting an advocate involved with them.

Scott and the team were fantastic through out the process of selling my mums house. Really easy to get along with and a really nice guy. Would very highly recommend Scott and his team. Would use Scott again.

Own a property in Shepparton and appointed them as my Property Managers. Extremely Non Professional team with series of serious non compliance events one after another. We did have an excellent experience with their Sales Team when we bought this property, but every good impression was ruined by the Property Management Team.

Had a pleasant experience with Stockdale & Leggo during our tenancy process. It was extremely difficult moving houses especially during the lockdown period but Mia, Kia and the team had made the transition smooth and efficient for us. Responsive, professional and friendly. Any issues dealt with were resolved promptly every time. Mia has been very helpful and reliable.
