McLeod River
Good place to stop on the way to or from Cape York, there are areas either side of the single lane bridge, to stop and get off the road, the southern side of the bridge are areas to park and have access to the river, good shade and the track is usually on good condition, but can be slippery when wet season is on, no toilets or facilities, limited phone coverage, but a nice spot to take a break.
