My husband lovingly bought me some roses from you over the weekend and unfortunately they started to fall apart on the first day. So disappointing that you had these available for purchase when they were clearly old stock. They made such a mess that they’re now in the bin 2 days later. Such a shame as it really took away from the reason why people purchase flowers in the first place.

Dimmy was extremely helpful and patient. Was in need of a special bouquet of flowers and she went miles to make customers happy. I went to other florists but the level of customer service at Oakleigh flowers was exceptional. Not to mention the price was affordable with fresh and huge range of flowers available to choose from. Will definitely return back!

Wife went here and asked for flowers for a sad occasion. They arranged them with a neon green wrapping. She asked them to change it, they refused and insisted the colour suited the flowers. When we looked at the flowers later, they'd used pieces of cellophane in the arrangement to make it look bigger. They were also very expensive. Do not recommend

My husband bought Australian Native Flowers today as I was unwell.As I unwrapped it there were old flowers and with fungus.He charged high knowing what state the flowers were and the smell is so bad.They should not get even a rating.You should reimburse what was paid. Plain cheating.You should know word of mouth will affect your business.

Showed them a picture of what I want, they ended up making up a very loose bouquet with stems coming out of it. Charged $100 for a bouquet full of clearly visible tape outside and not at all like the picture I showed them.

I tried to order online, but the website didn't like my overseas phone number, so I called direct. I didn't catch the customer rep's name, but she was very patient with me, my sister sent me a photo of the beautiful flowers she received . Thanks for the top notch service and flowers.

Just called for bereavement flowers to be sent (in the middle of Lockdown). The fellow said he didn't't have many flowers, he wasn't keen to deliver in the local suburb and asked repeatedly for a budget instead of listening to what we wanted to send (the budget didn't matter to us). We were very keen to provide business in the middle of COVID but didn't use them because of poor service & lack of good customer relations.
