Amazing Crispy chicken ! The chicken was quite juicy & warm inside and crispy outside. Chicken noodle soup was good, but the thick DROP" noodle tasted strange - felt like biting off undercooked / swollen spaghetti. Probably the ONLY Vietnam noodle house in Australia that does NOT sell PHO - boss told me that they chose NOT to offer PHO to be different from other so many Pho places in the area... mmmm"

First time here and seemed like the crispy chicken was the go as everyone has ordered it. Glad we did as it was amazing.First time having the beef curry with bread but was pretty good. Service felt rushed - staff trying to get people in and out as quick as possible to turn around the tables - a good thing as this place was very busy and long lines

Can be better.The crispy chicken was nice with sauce.Noodle soup was plain, personally I prefer Pho soup base (which this was only chicken soup).If you don't have to wait in line it's good to try, but I think the taste is very similar to other places. The three stars was for the service and crispy skin on the chicken.Also quite expensive.

One of the best crispy chickens I’ve had. Perfectly crispy skin and the meat itself was lusciously moist and packed with a balance flavour! This place is super popular (not surprised). Get in early, otherwise be prepared to wait in line! Will definitely be back!

Queued for quite a while to get in for lunch on Sunday. We ordered a crispy chicken with tomato rice and a crispy chicken with egg noodle with blanched bean sprouts. I always ordered this dish and it never disappoints. Service was fast and efficient. It's a simple but superb lunch. If you like Asian styled fried chicken and egg noodle, this is a must try. And Vietnamese iced coffee of course.

One of the best crispy chicken I've had. A must visit if you're in the area. The lines can get long but they're very fast anyway. They also give you complimentary tea which is great.Noodles are good as well and they give you plenty of noodle options. The broth is lighter than a pho so don't expect a pho flavour.Price is fair and service is ok.

Australia is truly an amazing place, 45 minutes from the city centre, you can travel to Cabramatta and enjoy Asian food exactly as it is cooked in the country it comes from. Tan Viet noodle house is such a place. The service may not be friendly, but wow, is it efficient and fast. And delicious. Just like you would find in any Southeast Asian country. I had the spicy beef soup with egg noodles and crispy chicken. This place can get busy, so expect to wait for a table. But with how fast they serve the food, it doesn't matter that you have to wait. The menu is extensive and the atmosphere is busy but fun. I think if you like Vietnamese food, you will love it. I think I will go back.

Tan Viet Noodle House
I visited because of the hype about the crispy skin chicken. We had it with noodle soup and it was delicious, crispy and succulent. We also had the ban can cua with drop noodles and that was delicious too. We had to queue to get in but it was worth it. There is a sign asking customers to limit their visit to 45 minutes but we weren't pressured to rush. Service was quick and efficient and turnover quite quick. Nevertheless the queue wrapped around the building. I'd like to further explore the menu. It delivered to the hype so I'd highly recommend it. Great atmosphere too.
