Novo Shoes Burwood

Another store off my list. No one will bother to ask if you need help. When I Visited the store before Xmas on a couple saturdays it was packed and understaffed. So frustrating.

Very sub par customer service. I went into the Burwood store today and asked if they had a certain pair of boots in my size. I was told no. So I asked if they had any boots at all in my size out of one size up or down of the probably 50 styles they had on display... they told me no without even looking. I left the store but couldn’t find any styles I liked elsewhere so this time I came back and looked for myself and found three different styles of boots in my size. It’s almost as if they didn’t want to make a sale...

Rubbish customer service. There were 2 staff at the store. One young lady was so nice and sweet. Another one was super rude and act like customer come to get the shoes for free. If u not happy to serve, just quit the job. I been seeing her working there since long time as I am living in Burwood. Novo should take action in training staff and should not keep this sort of staff in there company as their Burwood store can shut down becuase of her. The way she behave to customer were really disrespectful and not acceptable.P.S The lady with the glasses on.

Rubbish customer service we went there today no customers were in shop..,assistant was so rude I was talking to her she didn't reply no smile on face I called her twice but she was busy in singing song which she was playingin her shop ...,will never go back again .

came here to pick up an online order about a month ago. Sales assistant was very quick and efficient, no fuss, friendly and approachable.

The service was 5 starts but how do they justify the prices they charge and on top few weeks later put the shoes on for sale for $20 feel like an idiot buying from them so I walked out

I am really disappointed in my experience in this store. The 'customer service's I received is so disrespectful from the Asian girl with a ponytail who wears a face mask. I've bought quite a few pairs of shoes at Novo over the last two years I also work in hosting and hospitality and I do promo work so I often go out to parties and dress up. The Asian girl laughs at me everytime I come into the store when I say hello, her response is to laugh at me? I'm just really fed up and feel so disrespected. The last time I went in she laughed at me again I try to shrug it off but she's just really rude. I've spent a lot of money in your store I won't ever buy another pair of shoes from you and I will be making a complaint.

Today (4/9/16) I walked in the store for about 15-20 minutes before 4pm. Initially i thought there was only 1 sales assistant who was helping a woman out so I understood they were busy and did not ask for assistance. Low and behold, the 'customer' was actually the second sales assistant. They were both chatting about trying on a pair of heels and were basically ignoring the people walking in and out of the store. Both girls failed to take notice of the shop and were invested in purchasing their own shoes during their business hours. To top it off one of the girls called another store seeking for the shoes in another size for herself or her colleague. I was VERY dissapointed in their workship and hope that Novo has a rotational roster with other sales people as these two girls were utterly useless in maintaining customers. I stayed in the shop for that long as I was looking for a pair myself and noticed a bunch of customers walk in and out. There was also a woman trying on the sample shoes that were big for her and still did not recieve any service until it was long overdue. All in all; the service today was a joke and those girls need to straighten up. I hope the manager of the store sees this and takes action with these girls.
