We've dined at this location a few times and they are generally good.However, for this particular experience, the food was slightly below standards - The burger buns were a little bit stale and the Ceasar salad was a bit flat and came with a pickle (which presumably was accidental). In fairness, it was ANZAC day*, so they were a little busy and the buns/ingredients were probably not the freshest.Service was friendly and very good, as per all visits to date.Ratings (5 out of 10 is average)Food: 7 out of 10Service: 8 out of 10Price: $$**There is a 15% surcharge for public holidays, which is reasonable.

As you can see both buns were burnt which made for difficulty in keeping the burger together. First mouthful had the top of it falling everywhere. The chips were served with far too much salt. While the service was appreciated we had barely finished our last mouthful when the offer to take our plates was given. It wasn’t busy and we were still eating our chips. The plates could have stayed til we finished our full course. Tables were clean and the staff were friendly.

Great food, lovely staff. However would be nice if the poor guy on the phone could hear my order so I didn’t have to repeat it so many times. Not the first times this has been a problem at this store.

Grill’d at Norwood is a great and proximal place to have a nice bite! I’ve found this particular location is consistent with their quality and always has friendly, welcoming staff. The chips are crunchy and sufficiently seasoned, the spicy mayo is sweet and tangy, and the chicken burgers are crunchy, flavoursome and a perfect balance of ingredients. Make sure you download their app and claim your rewards (free drink if you’re a student)! Will always be my favourite local burger joint - their burgers always feel more genuine and clean.

Came here for a quick dinner, used our 2 for 1 vouchers and got 4 amazing burgers, not burnt at all and very flavoursome. Staff was very friendly and we got our order very fast!

We had our son’s 12th birthday here last night followed by a movie. Thanks to May who helped organise the dinner side of the night, some thoughtful staff sourcing plates for cake time and other bits I forgot and for an overall sense of amazing customer service in every possible way. We all had a great time and so much appreciated!! Thank you!

This was average. We had the Wagyu burger, and it was soaked in sauce - it was more like sauce with a burger. Service was good, friendly and helpful. No cutlery provided, and no salt or pepper. Good atmosphere. Lots of families there.They're advertising dinner & a movie for $25 - movie tickets are $10 and the most expensive burger in the deal was $13.50, so not sure where the deal is there!

My family and I love eating at Grill’d and we have been frequent customers there for three years now. We rely heavily on their delivery service as it’s easier for us, and usually it has worked out fine. However, recently, we have been quite disappointed with their delivery services. Not really sure what has happened, but the last couple of times that we ordered online, they forgot full items from our order. We love their food and their in-store service is great, but we are a bit disappointed with their recent delivery services.
