Hired them to service/replace things on my air con except they didn’t connect it properly and I learned this the expensive way when I first turned it on in the warmer weather and water was gushing out and dripped down into my dining area and filled the light bulb up with water and totally fried my electrical system,had to pay just over $3600 for it and despite no one else been on my roof besides them,they denied any wrongdoing and refused to do anything about it. Don’t waste your money on this dodgy lot that don’t do the job properly!

Very impressed. Mohammed was on time and very friendly. He installed new light fittings in master bedroom and fixed a light fitting in kitchen. Very thorough and keen to leave the place as he found it! Would recommend to anyone. As I have not used an electrician for a number of years hard to gauge cost. Did not get two other quotes as I was impressed with the way the enquiry was handled.Penny Wright

Requested a quote for a phone plug. Instant response from Company. 2 friendly and smiling electricians arrived on time, to quote. But instead located our phone point inside the unit. Phone points and aerial points look exactly alike to us.No charge and super helpful.Would recommend everyone uses The Platinum Group.Thank you.

They turned up on time and fixed the leak. Man was very polite. Price was excessive in my opinion at $300 for less than an hours work on a week day booked the day before.
