Grove Estate Wines

Took the chance for a visit over the weekend....only to find they were holding a private function. To our surprise they still made us feel welcome and were very accommodating considering how busy they were. We sampled their 'local hero' reds accompanied with a delicious platter. Our host Audrey was very helpful going through each of the wines...adding to a very pleasant experience.We will definitely make a return visit to sample more of their fine drops.

Set in the Hilltops region, 5 minutes drive from Young, this beautiful vineyard provides a relaxing afternoon's wine tasting experience. We tried both the white and red tasting boards - sparkling white, semillon sauvignon blanc, fiano, moscato(pink), rosè, shiraz and cab. sauvignon + delicious fruit and cheese board.($20pp). The wines were tasty, locally grown and owned. The view over the vineyards delightful on a beautiful autumn afternoon. We left with a case of the cab sav which was on a super special and a variety of other bottles - something for everyone. A lovely venue for a wedding/anniversary or family get together. Does have a toy area for little kids, but not overly child oriented - no playground. Highly recommend if you are exploring the area with friends or couples.

Went out today and it was just fabulous. The cheese plate was delicious and the tasting flights superb. Audrey was a delight, explaining the wines with a clear passion for them on the deck in the winter sun was just lovely.

Was passing through and fancied a tasting - beautiful spot with beautiful wines and lovely staff. Great to sir out on the deck for some delicious wine and an excellent cheese platter. Highly recommended!

Great wine, super friendly staff but when you buy over $200 of wine you would think they would wave the $20 tasting fee.

Great night at Grove Estate for their first movie night! Will definitely go again. Good food, great wines and an enjoyable movie! Fantastic night!

Wonderful venue. Band were fabulous. Absolutely beautiful sunset. Wine is always great too. Didn’t disappoint. Food fantastic. See you next week.

A lovely place with delicious wines. Hands down the best value for money compared to other wineries in the area.
