I bought a HP Spectre x360 after speaking with Navin who zero'd in on what I was after, so that was fantastic. In fact I've got the unit now and am very pleased with it. The price was also very good. However the thing that let them down was the delivery. In fact that was a frustrating experience. There is no tracking number and delivery took 24 hours more than was promised. While that isn't the end of the earth, I was coming up to the weekend when I needed the unit and I had this niggling doubt my address might have been taken down correctly on the phone. However it was.Then again delivery cost me $30 which isn't bad, so if you want tracking etc, then guess what - it costs more!Notebooksrus clearly operates an efficient business that delivers great products at a low price. However I would recommend you pick up your order or accept that the world ain't perfect.I feel bad in writing this not giving them 5 stars but having $1,800 worth of gear out on the road somewhere isn't exactly comfortable.Would I use them again? Yes. .. and maybe give them a bit more leeway as I get the impression their business is flat out and they are doing their best.Good on you Navin. You kept me calm, and yes, I do like the unit. Very happy!

The laptop I have received has performed excellently so far. The quality of the parts is high and overall I am happy. By paying a little extra and getting myself the faster SSD I am finding that it will boot up in less than 5 seconds.Anyone looking to get a good quality laptop,I would recommend these guys.

Have tried a couple of times to visit this shop, very hard to find with no signage, called the intercom and the contact number during operational hours but got nothing, bit hard to judge this place if I can't even get in contact. Changed from a 1 star to 3 star as I realise it was a bit harsh.

Perfect service - used these guys for years! A little hard to get on the phone sometimes (they say it's a phone issue) but email seems to work splendidly and got my four new Lenovo Yoga's within 24hrs. I was surprised these guys had stock but there you go. good work

Great personal service when ordering a high end laptop. Good pricing and staff have good product knowledge and kept in touch until the delivery was complete. Payment options are a bit convoluted, I think to keep fees down.

The website says 208 Sydney rd but this is not correct. The phone number goes straight to message bank. So much for being recommended to this place when I'm in desperate need of some help.Steve

I purchased my Notebook Lenova Thinkpad 2 years ago from NotebooksRUS and the quality and service provided was excellent. I still have my notebook and value it highly. I was happy to spend good money on a quality product. I did have one small issue but it was rectified by a technician immediately without cost as it was within the warranty period. Big thanks to Johnny from NotebooksRUs. I found them a week ago while researching prices for a high spec OLED lenovo x1 yoga. Their cost was very competitive and they express shipped it to me on the Gold Coast because I was travelling overseas that coming weekend. To be honest I was initially put off by some parts of their website (such as smiling emoji and personal notes on the product description haha) but now I realise it's a fast paced online trading store setup for them to quickly upload new unique custom computers every day. I didn't want to pay with bank transfer and used credit card with small surcharge for my protection but I was very happy when the product arrived today brand new in box with full extended 3yr lenovo warranty. Thanks to johnny for his personalised service and getting back to my annoying phone calls! I would happily buy from this store again.
