Timmins & Whyte designed and project managed the building of my North Melbourne home. They are a small, very adaptable firm (the only kind you want to deal with when building a bespoke home or doing significant renovations in my experience), ideal for perfectionist and fussy clients like me.I was overseas during the construction phase of my house, so I left everything to them – namely all dealings with builders, council, neighbours (and neighbours' solicitors) which they did without any fuss. Their fee was reasonable and the result - the beautiful home I now live in - I couldn’t be happier with.

It's good for budget design. Overall nothing really impress.

We are working on our second project now with Timmins and Whyte—we couldn’t be happier with their work. Their designs are not only beautiful, but full of ideas that make daily life easier. Their expertise has made the process of renovating as stress-free as possible, and their open and down-to-earth characters have made it enjoyable.
